Being mindful can have a positive impact on the way you react and respond to challenging situations. This workshop series is a fun, interactive and educational opportunity to explore how mindfulness can make a difference for you at work and beyond.
Learn strategies that can be added to your Toolbox to better navigate experiences. Mindfulness is embraced as a scientific approach to promote well-being, decrease stress, anxiety, depression, habitual responses, build resilience and regulate emotions, among other benefits.
This interactive workshop series uses a curriculum grounded in best practices in mindfulness and social emotional learning. Each week a theme-based topic will be introduced to engage you in thoughtful discussion and activities:
- Discover how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life as an antidote to being stuck by unproductive routine reactions and responses
- Explore helpful techniques to strengthen your capacity to face situations with a positive state of mind
- Cultivate skills that can be applied anytime anywhere
