Participants will explore how culturally subjective systems result in damaging exclusion from the classroom and resulting gaps in academic achievement, higher drop-out rates, higher juvenile delinquency rates, and more negative consequences for minority students. You will be given tools to create awareness, providing specific data-driven action steps to create evidence-based school systems that are positive, predictable, and equitable.
