This workshop focuses on reducing bullying behaviors school-wide through explicit instruction and deeper understanding of the bullying construct. Participants will gain understanding of how to remove the reinforcers that maintain socially aggressive behaviors, discuss how to positively impact bystander behavior, and how to teach all students to correctly identify and interrupt disrespectful and unkind behavior. Follows an evidence-based Bullying Preventions curriculum for elementary, middle, and high schools.
