Courageous Leadership

The recent and rapid events of the pandemic required courageous leadership at its best. Courageous leadership can be a catalyst for creativity, providing new opportunities to cultivate equitable, diverse, and inclusive environments. One of the four pillars of courageous leadership as defined by researcher and storyteller, Brene Brown, will be defined and discussed as the presenter's personal experience is shared.
