Progress Monitoring App

Collect and Monitor Student Intervention Data with Ease

National PBIS research suggests that 10-15% of a school population may need Tier 2/Tier 3 academic and behavioral interventions in the course of a school year. In a school of 500 students this could be 50 to 75 students, with each needing to be monitored and reviewed. Progress monitoring of student interventions is an essential but time intensive process for schools and staff.

Every student enrolled in an intervention generates daily data that has to be tracked and summed inorder to track their growth. As the number of students in interventions increases, so does the paperwork for your staff. Beacon Progress Monitoring simplifies this process by allowing for electronic collection of data by all staff, and automatically aggregated into convenient reports and charts. This digital resource allows school staff to spend more time conducting interventions and less in the data entry.

This app was designed by a school psychologist and active member of a district PBIS team. Mention KOI Education to receive a special rate for our partner school when you register for an account. The app aligns with progress monitoring best practices as discussed in our PBIS Tier 2 Manual.
